The hotel is situated in a convenient location, just a short walk away from Gaisano Grand Mall Moalboal and the local market. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a wardrobe and seating area where I could relax. I loved that the hotel provided complimentary drinking water and a cup of hot coffee every day. The presence of a children's playhouse at the property was a great bonus, keeping the little ones entertained. The staff at the hotel were efficient and helpful, providing dry cleaning/laundry services and ensuring the 24-hour front desk was always attended to.

The room could have been better insulated as it was warmer inside than outside, despite having the fan on full blast.

I came here for 1 night and had a quite comfortable stay. Stayed here for snorkeling, everything was amazing, I loved marvellous location down to white beach or Panagsama beach.

Some of the staff were not very friendly.

The rooms were tidy and absolutely perfect, equipped with good A/C and a kitchenette. the location was great and favorable, not too far from Moalboal Public Market. - the staff was lovely from my arrival up until I left.

The indoor playhouse was a hit with the little ones, keeping them entertained for hours. They loved the interactive games, slides, and ball pit. It was a safe and fun environment for them to run around and make new friends. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring the kids were always having a great time. We highly recommend this hotel for families with young children!

For dads, it would be great to have a designated area with comfortable seating near the indoor playhouse. This way, we could relax and enjoy watching our kids play while still being close by.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great, very close to the bus stop and everything I needed was within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided free unlimited water, which was much appreciated.

Despite being a bit far from the beach and the tourist area, it's actually a good thing as it provides a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and even with the fan on full blast, it remains cool. I also enjoyed having breakfast on bamboo tables with fans, which added a nice touch to the experience.

We stayed at Mj's Residences for a week and loved our Double Room with Kitchen. It felt more like an apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen and a private outdoor seating area. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, with a supermarket, McDonald's, and restaurants within walking distance. The bamboo bunk beds were a unique touch, and the cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated the added security of the fenced-off seating area.

We experienced a minor issue with the shared bathroom, as there was only cold water available. the bathroom was well-maintained and clean.
